Membership

We accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA cards. Payment is set up securely as a recurring monthly or annual subscription.
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time. We kindly ask for written notice before your next billing cycle.

We are a direct-care practice and do not bill insurance. However, many families use HSA/FSA cards, and we can provide itemized receipts for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for membership and visit payments.
Care & Services
We remain available via phone, text, or telehealth while you’re away. If your child needs in-person care, we’ll help coordinate with a trusted local provider.
You can reach your provider directly through our secure app, by text, or by phone during business hours. After-hours support is available for urgent needs.
No. Visits are flexible and included in your membership—there are no cancellation fees.

If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, you can contact us directly, and we’ll guide next steps.
Appointments can be scheduled easily through our online portal, app, or by calling/texting your provider directly. Same-day or next-day visits are available.
Yes. We offer after-hours availability for urgent needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Yes. We provide the full range of routine childhood immunizations, administered safely and conveniently in your home.
Our focus is pediatrics and family health. We care for children from newborn through young adulthood. In some cases, we also support parents through wellness consultations—please ask us if this might be right for your family.
