Caring for kids has always been my passion. As a dual-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in both primary and acute care, I’m here to help children thrive at every stage — from newborn days to teenage years. With extensive experience in both the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units with years of specialized pediatric clinical training, I bring a deep understanding of children’s health across all stages and settings.

Whether it’s a well visit, managing a chronic condition, or answering parent’s late-night question, I strive to make every family feel supported, informed, and cared for. My goal is to create a partnership with families, empowering parents with knowledge and children with confidence as they grow. I believe every child deserves individualized care that supports not only their physical health but also their emotional and developmental well-being.

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience caring for the tiniest and most fragile babies in the NICU and mom of two (ages 6 and 4), I know firsthand just how overwhelming and wonderful the early years of parenthood can be. I’ve developed a passion for supporting families through those first precious days, weeks, and months at home caring for their babies. Now I’m bringing expert, compassionate care right to you, no need to pack up yourself and new baby for an appointment across town. Whether it’s newborn wellness, lactation and feeding support, or simply helping parents feel more confident, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where your family feels guided and cared for every step of the way.

As CEO, Kyle co-founded First Call Pediatrics Group with his wife, Megann, who is a neonatal Nurse Practitioner. He is a seasoned executive with 17 years of progressive leadership experience spanning Direct Primary Care (DPC) marketing, renewable energy development, project management, finance, and commercial real estate. He excels at managing cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional client experiences, and executing multi-million-dollar projects with precision and creativity.

Kyle’s passion for patient-first care began in DeLand, Florida, where his father practiced as a trusted General Practitioner for 35 years. Witnessing the shift from personalized medicine to profit-driven models inspired Kyle to help restore trust and service in modern healthcare.

Kyle holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Kyle and Megann have two children, and they enjoy spending their free time boating, fishing, and watching basketball (Go Magic!).

Dr. Winston T. Sheen is a board-certified neonatologist and most recently served as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Florida. He held the role of Medical Director for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Transport Team at UF Health Jacksonville and Wolfson Children’s Hospital, where he oversaw the safe and timely transport of critically ill newborns. Dr. Sheen earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his pediatric residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York, and went on to complete a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.

Dr. Sheen’s approach goes beyond medical expertise—he is a steadfast advocate for families navigating the challenges of neonatal care. He consistently prioritizes the well-being of his youngest patients, ensuring that each newborn receives compassionate, individualized treatment tailored to their unique needs.

Equally devoted to supporting new mothers, Dr. Sheen fosters a nurturing environment where parents feel informed, empowered, and involved in their child’s care. He understands that being a new parent can be overwhelming, and he works tirelessly to provide reassurance, clarity, and emotional support during critical moments. Whether guiding a family through complex medical decisions or simply offering a calming presence at the bedside, Dr. Sheen’s dedication to both clinical excellence and human connection has made him a trusted figure in neonatal medicine.
