Jen Landry: Movement Support for the Modern Parent

Most parents are told to “rest for six weeks” after birth, but the physical work of parenthood
actually starts much earlier. I founded Moms Fit Life because I realized that the gap in our
healthcare system starts during pregnancy. As a Kinesiology graduate and specialist in prenatal
and postpartum movement, I help moms stay strong and comfortable while their bodies change,
and then provide the specific guidance needed to rebuild after delivery. I learned the hard way—
through my own injuries and recovery—that “knowing the science” isn’t the same as having a
plan that works for real life. Whether you’re looking to stay active safely during pregnancy,
preparing your body for the demands of birth, or trying to navigate the “six-week gap” without
getting hurt, I’m here to make sure you feel capable, supported, and confident in your body’s
strength.

Blossom Forward is a private practice counseling agency focusing on women’s mental health and specializing in perinatal mental health.  Using evidence based interventions, it is our goal to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where parents can prioritize their mental health needs in order to show up in the world for their families and those around them in a way that feels right for them.  We offer weekly and biweekly individual sessions in person or virtually.  People who want to work with us are typically feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated, notice that they aren’t “feeling like myself”, irritable or angry, constantly worried, or noticing they’re feeling disconnected from themselves, friends, or other relationships.  If this sounds like you, we look forward to creating a safe space for you to work through these challenges.
A little about me: I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health which means I have specialized training working with parents who are trying to conceive, are currently pregnant, or are postpartum/in early parenthood.  I have been practicing mental health for 10 years. I LOVE to dance, read romantasy books, spend time with my family, go for walks, and watch SOME reality T.V.
Hilliary Giglio

My professional background combines both clinical training and specialized sleep education.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW), which provided a strong
foundation in child development, family systems, behavior, communication, and mental health. Later, I
became a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant and launched my pediatric sleep consulting practice.
Since founding my business in 2018, I have worked with families across the United States and
internationally, helping children from the newborn stage through the elementary school years develop
healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits. In addition to working directly with families, I have spoken to parent groups, community organizations,
and healthcare professionals. I also collaborate with pediatricians, therapists, educators, and other
child-focused professionals to help families receive comprehensive support.

Melissa Moulton - Grey Area Therapy

Grey Area Therapy Jax is a mental health therapy practice specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health, trauma, grief and life transitions. Our goal is to provide all people (especially parents!) a space to experience self compassion and to know that what you are going through is not something you have to experience alone or feel permanently stuck in. Every person needs different things at different times in their therapy experience which is why we regularly utilize a range of modalities including EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT, CBT, ERP for OCD treatment, family systems, SPACE treatment for child anxiety and couples therapy.

We firmly believe that well supported parents = well supported babies and children = well supported world!

We have a physical location in Jax Beach, can provide Telehealth any where across FL and always offer a free 15 minute call to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to supporting you!

Caring for kids has always been my passion. As a dual-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in both primary and acute care, I’m here to help children thrive at every stage — from newborn days to teenage years. With extensive experience in both the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units with years of specialized pediatric clinical training, I bring a deep understanding of children’s health across all stages and settings.

Whether it’s a well visit, managing a chronic condition, or answering parent’s late-night question, I strive to make every family feel supported, informed, and cared for. My goal is to create a partnership with families, empowering parents with knowledge and children with confidence as they grow. I believe every child deserves individualized care that supports not only their physical health but also their emotional and developmental well-being.

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience caring for the tiniest and most fragile babies in the NICU and mom of two (ages 6 and 4), I know firsthand just how overwhelming and wonderful the early years of parenthood can be. I’ve developed a passion for supporting families through those first precious days, weeks, and months at home caring for their babies. Now I’m bringing expert, compassionate care right to you, no need to pack up yourself and new baby for an appointment across town. Whether it’s newborn wellness, lactation and feeding support, or simply helping parents feel more confident, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where your family feels guided and cared for every step of the way.

As CEO, Kyle co-founded First Call Pediatrics Group with his wife, Megann, who is a neonatal Nurse Practitioner. He is a seasoned executive with 17 years of progressive leadership experience spanning Direct Primary Care (DPC) marketing, renewable energy development, project management, finance, and commercial real estate. He excels at managing cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional client experiences, and executing multi-million-dollar projects with precision and creativity.

Kyle’s passion for patient-first care began in DeLand, Florida, where his father practiced as a trusted General Practitioner for 35 years. Witnessing the shift from personalized medicine to profit-driven models inspired Kyle to help restore trust and service in modern healthcare.

Kyle holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Kyle and Megann have two children, and they enjoy spending their free time boating, fishing, and watching basketball (Go Magic!).

Dr. Winston T. Sheen is a board-certified neonatologist and most recently served as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Florida. He held the role of Medical Director for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Transport Team at UF Health Jacksonville and Wolfson Children’s Hospital, where he oversaw the safe and timely transport of critically ill newborns. Dr. Sheen earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his pediatric residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York, and went on to complete a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.

Dr. Sheen’s approach goes beyond medical expertise—he is a steadfast advocate for families navigating the challenges of neonatal care. He consistently prioritizes the well-being of his youngest patients, ensuring that each newborn receives compassionate, individualized treatment tailored to their unique needs.

Equally devoted to supporting new mothers, Dr. Sheen fosters a nurturing environment where parents feel informed, empowered, and involved in their child’s care. He understands that being a new parent can be overwhelming, and he works tirelessly to provide reassurance, clarity, and emotional support during critical moments. Whether guiding a family through complex medical decisions or simply offering a calming presence at the bedside, Dr. Sheen’s dedication to both clinical excellence and human connection has made him a trusted figure in neonatal medicine.
