Melissa Moulton - Grey Area Therapy

Grey Area Therapy Jax is a mental health therapy practice specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health, trauma, grief and life transitions. Our goal is to provide all people (especially parents!) a space to experience self compassion and to know that what you are going through is not something you have to experience alone or feel permanently stuck in. We can get to a hopeful place together! Every person needs different things at different times in their therapy experience which is why we regularly utilize a range of modalities including EMDR, somatic therapy, DBT, CBT, ERP for OCD treatment, family systems, SPACE treatment for child anxiety and couples therapy.

Many of our clients are used to pushing through the demands of pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood or co-parenting and don’t realize how helpful it can be to have additional support through therapy until they experience it themselves. We firmly believe that well supported parents = well supported babies and children = well supported world!

We have a physical location in Jax Beach, can provide Telehealth any where across FL and always offer a free 15 minute call to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to supporting you!

Kristin Gaspar

Hi, I’m Kristin! I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have three kids together. I started out as an elementary school teacher, but these days I’m a fitness instructor and coach.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Perinatal Fitness Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, along with being a Pn1 Nutrition Coach. I specialize in helping moms in the postpartum phase safely ease back into movement, reconnect with their core and pelvic floor, and feel strong again.

I offer a 6-week Postpartum Recovery® class, Core for All Training, small group sessions, and one-on-one personal training. I especially love working one-on-one with women to create personalized goals and programs that truly fit their lives.

My goal is to help moms feel strong, confident, and like their best selves in this new season of life.

Jessica Shaffelburg

My name is Jess and I am the founder of Wildflower Movement! The name Wildflower being inspired by the fact that like wildflowers, women can thrive in all conditions – unique, resilient, and beautiful in their own way

I’m a mom to a 1.5-year-old and currently in my second trimester with my second baby. I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training, I am mat Pilates certified, and have plans to pursue my reformer certification in the future. In addition to teaching, I continue to work as a NICU bedside nurse one day a week, where I’ve been caring for families for over six years.

I created Wildflower Movement as a space for women in every stage of life, with a current focus on Mom & Me Pilates. My classes are designed to help women find joy in movement and motherhood, while building a sense of community for both moms and their little ones. I emphasize safe body mechanics for pregnancy and postpartum, while keeping classes fun, approachable, and realistic.

Wildflower Movement is all about making fitness accessible for moms—there’s no need to leave your baby behind or strive for perfection. Babies are always welcome, and we embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with motherhood.

Caring for kids has always been my passion. As a dual-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in both primary and acute care, I’m here to help children thrive at every stage — from newborn days to teenage years. With extensive experience in both the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units with years of specialized pediatric clinical training, I bring a deep understanding of children’s health across all stages and settings.

Whether it’s a well visit, managing a chronic condition, or answering parent’s late-night question, I strive to make every family feel supported, informed, and cared for. My goal is to create a partnership with families, empowering parents with knowledge and children with confidence as they grow. I believe every child deserves individualized care that supports not only their physical health but also their emotional and developmental well-being.

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience caring for the tiniest and most fragile babies in the NICU and mom of two (ages 6 and 4), I know firsthand just how overwhelming and wonderful the early years of parenthood can be. I’ve developed a passion for supporting families through those first precious days, weeks, and months at home caring for their babies. Now I’m bringing expert, compassionate care right to you, no need to pack up yourself and new baby for an appointment across town. Whether it’s newborn wellness, lactation and feeding support, or simply helping parents feel more confident, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where your family feels guided and cared for every step of the way.

As CEO, Kyle co-founded First Call Pediatrics Group with his wife, Megann, who is a neonatal Nurse Practitioner. He is a seasoned executive with 17 years of progressive leadership experience spanning Direct Primary Care (DPC) marketing, renewable energy development, project management, finance, and commercial real estate. He excels at managing cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional client experiences, and executing multi-million-dollar projects with precision and creativity.

Kyle’s passion for patient-first care began in DeLand, Florida, where his father practiced as a trusted General Practitioner for 35 years. Witnessing the shift from personalized medicine to profit-driven models inspired Kyle to help restore trust and service in modern healthcare.

Kyle holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Kyle and Megann have two children, and they enjoy spending their free time boating, fishing, and watching basketball (Go Magic!).

Dr. Winston T. Sheen is a board-certified neonatologist and most recently served as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Florida. He held the role of Medical Director for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Transport Team at UF Health Jacksonville and Wolfson Children’s Hospital, where he oversaw the safe and timely transport of critically ill newborns. Dr. Sheen earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his pediatric residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York, and went on to complete a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York.

Dr. Sheen’s approach goes beyond medical expertise—he is a steadfast advocate for families navigating the challenges of neonatal care. He consistently prioritizes the well-being of his youngest patients, ensuring that each newborn receives compassionate, individualized treatment tailored to their unique needs.

Equally devoted to supporting new mothers, Dr. Sheen fosters a nurturing environment where parents feel informed, empowered, and involved in their child’s care. He understands that being a new parent can be overwhelming, and he works tirelessly to provide reassurance, clarity, and emotional support during critical moments. Whether guiding a family through complex medical decisions or simply offering a calming presence at the bedside, Dr. Sheen’s dedication to both clinical excellence and human connection has made him a trusted figure in neonatal medicine.
